Change and Cancellation Policy

Any change/cancellation made 60 days before the arrival date is 100% refunded without any penalty. If the change/cancellation is made within 60 days of arrival up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, the first night fee is deducted from the change or cancellation and the rest of the whole reservation is refunded. If the change/cancellation is made within 30 days of the arrival up to 14 days before the arrival, you will be refunded only 50% of the entire reservation. If the change/cancellation is made within 14 days of the arrival, the guests are responsible for the entire reservation amount and the 100% of the reservation is non-refundable. If you have family emergency, medical emergency, and other emergency situations that prevent you from making your reserved trip, we reserve the right to issue a future date travel credit of equal amount for a future reservation given the availability. If you have purchased a travel insurance that may cover trip change or cancellation due to emergency situations, you may be fully or partially refunded by the Travel Insurance in such situations.
